New to Bonwyke’s repertoire is the process of installing printed vinyl to vehicles, a process known as Vehicle Wrapping. With our in house design capabilities Bonwyke are able to design, print and apply the graphics giving far greater opportunities to advertise on vehicles.
Our ability to carry out design and application allow for real flexibility in the finished product. We can produce everything from a simple text graphic on one panel through to a full vehicle wrap.
Once the film is applied it reduces the effects of stone chipping, which in turn prolongs the life of the paintwork. The film is removable when no longer required guaranteeing better residual value in the vehicle. Bonwyke only use cast vinyls giving the best quality of finish and durability. The concept can also be used to unify the colour and appearance of fleet vehicles, allowing any colour of vehicle to be purchased and then changed to fit into a corporate look.
Typically vehicles are with us for just two days during the installation process. The exterior coachwork is thoroughly cleaned and de-greased to ensure good film adhesion.
Although the film is designed to be highly durable it is possible to remove, making it easy to restore the vehicle to its original condition ready for re-sale or new graphics to be applied.
